BPM Microsystems' high-speed device programmers

The 2800ISP in-system programming station incorporates BPM Microsystems' award-winning 8th Generation site technology utilizing Vector Engine® BitBlast in a custom-designed test fixture.  This allows customers to program flash architectures including eMMC, PCM and Raw NAND, plus microcontrollers and other device technologies on- board after reflow. Ideal for medium to high-volume production, the 2800ISP is configurable and can program up to 16 devices in parallel. High-density flash memory devices are able to achieve peak read/write speeds up to 24 Gbits per second. This solves the test bottleneck while allowing the operator to program the latest data just-in-time, all while attaining a very low programming cost per device

The 2800 production programmer is the world's fastest flash manual programming systemThe truly universal production solution supports microcontrollers, NAND flash, NOR flash, serial flash, managed NAND flash, E/EPROM, flash EPROM, and other technologies with densities up to an 8 Eb theoretical limit. Additionally, the system supports devices with voltages down to 0.7 (Vdd). The 2800 is powered by BPM Microsystems' Vector Engine Co-Processor® now with BitBlast technology also capable of peak rates up to 24 Gbits per second.  BitBlast provides an extra boost to programming speeds for managed NAND devices that utilize the eMMC interface, which drastically increases overall throughput.

BPM Microsystems are receiving support for the iCE40 family of FPGAs from Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: LSCC). The iCE40 FPGA family is supported on BPM Microsystems' 7th and 8th Generation platforms, the most versatile and universal programming solutions on the market today.

The 3800-MK2 Automated Programming System

BPM Microsystems has released the BPM model 3800-MK2. The new system was launched during the Productronica International Trade Fair in Munich, Germany.

The 3800-MK2 combines the fastest universal programming technology, 8
th Gen, with a fine-pitch handling system capable of processing the broadest range of programmable devices, from the largest QFP to the smallest WLBGA.

"Our premium solutions are designed to program just about any device technology and form factor available. BPM's 8th Gen products already offer the fastest programming performance. Applications for very small package (VSP) devices are accelerating and devices continue to shrink.
