LPMS USA debuted first-ever dispensing equipment
at IPC APEX EXPO 2017 and Electronics West trade show

LPMS USA showcased its industry-leading molding equipment at Electronics West and IPC APEX EXPO 2017 trade shows with materials-partner Henkel Adhesive Technologies. LPMS USA's participation in these trade shows reinforces the significant growth rate for the hot melt market segment, especially within the automotive, industrial and LED/lighting industries.

During the Feb. 14-16 APEX event, LPMS USA debuted its first-ever dispensable hot melt system, LPMS Disp 4410. This machine was designed specifically to dispense Henkel's peelable masking material, TECHNOMELT AS 8998, and other dispensable, high-viscosity adhesives, and offers exceptional automatic dispensing capabilities, and ultra-fast set-up and processing, substantially reducing the total cost of ownership compared to traditional manual masking methods. Live demonstrations will take place at the Henkel booth #1501.

LPMS USA also showcased its low pressure molding system, LPMS Beta 600, which provides a fast and effective alternative to traditional potting and encapsulation processes. It features a streamlined horizontal injection system, utilizing one injection gun, and 1.2 tons of clamping force. LED circuit boards will also be overmolded in live demonstrations.

At the Electronics West show Feb. 7-9, visitors were encouraged to stop by the Henkel booth to see live molding demonstrations on LPMS Beta 600. This system, along with many others in LPMS USA's comprehensive line of molding systems, utilizes LPMS USA's unique "melt-on-demand" technology, which reduces unnecessary material consumption and melts material only when required.

For many years, LPMS USA and Henkel have collaborated on joint-development programs, and 2017 will be no different.
